My role on the project

 

I was in charge of 2 missions for the Alexander Graham Bell storyline: Freedom of the Press  and Breaking News.  Those were the tutorial missions for the useful ropelauncher and the voltaic bombs. The challenge was to design

interesting objectives to teach and showcase the new mechanics, while taking advantage of the humoristic side of the historical character. My main tasks were:

  • Design from initial sketch-up to final product

  • AI placement

  • Mission scripting

  • Integration of audio lines and animations

  • Balancing on fun and difficulty
